AMWAY (Thailand) Ltd’s bid to foster growth and align itself with AmwayNEXT’s global strategy has led it to tap the expertise of Vichien Ratanarangsriroj, who will be the director of its new Business Administration Division.
The hiring is in line with its revamped business structure.
Amway Thailand said it was operating at full capacity in a bid to nurture efficiency and business excellence for every Amway business owner nationwide.
It said this ambitious plan had led to the establishment of the Business Administration Division, which was separate from its Business Relations Division for decisive business operations.
The new division is responsible for the development of new compensation plans and all business aspects related to Amway business owners, including more than 1,000 training programmes and meetings per year, the implementation and introduction of new technology, an understanding of business ethics and legal issues related to doing business, and the protection for Amway business owners.
Vichien has been at Amway Thailand for almost 30 years.
He started his career at the company as a business coordination supervisor in 1988 before being promoted to senior business coordination manager.
In 1998, he became its senior business administration manager and was named its business administration deputy director the following year.
Earlier this year, he was appointed business administration director when the new division was formed.
Vichien got a degree in finance from Assumption University and earned a Master’s degree from the National Institute of Development Administration.
