Bell and Jarvis join Ted Virtue, CEO, MidOcean Partners; Frank Schiff, managing director, MidOcean Partners; Rip Mason, chairman, LegalShield board of directors; and John Addison, Former co-CEO of Primerica and current CEO of Addison Leadership Group on the LegalShield board.
