Scentsy Hires Three New Vice Presidents

Annie Price, Janet Cronstedt, and Kari Homan have joined Scentsy.

Price is the new vice president of field touchpoints. She will oversee all points of contact with consultants, including consultant support, events, recognition and incentives and overall field communication strategy.  Since 1992, Price has served in executive and leadership positions, most recently at Hewlett-Packard.

Cronstedt is the new vice president of field development. She will oversee all sales management and training. Her team will provide analytics, coaching, and training.

Cronstedt has more than 25 years of experience in the direct selling industry. As a consultant for BeautiControl Cosmetics, she was a top recruiter for nine of the 10 years she was with the company. She was the managing director of Vorwerk USA, a division of Vorwerk International based in Germany, and the senior vice president at Take Shape for Life, the direct sales health coaching division of Medifast, Inc. She is a certified John Maxwell Coach and On-Purpose Mentor.

Homan is Scentsy’s new vice president of marketing communications. She will oversee the integrated marketing strategy and social media teams. Born in Chicago, Homan grew up in Los Angeles, where she lived for over 20 years. She earned a BA in communications and organizational behavior from UC Santa Barbara, and an MBA in high tech marketing from the Anderson School at UCLA.

Homan’s career began in traditional publishing and extended into technology marketing. She has worked with Thomson Reuters, Hewlett-Packard, Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, and T-Mobile.
